Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone River Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
