Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Junction Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
