Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Basin Legal Group provides legal services in Tulsa across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
