Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management is a Las Vegas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
