Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Stone Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
