Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Silverline Quill Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Oakland with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
