Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
