Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around Miami. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
