Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Providence area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
