Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Quill Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
