Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Fernwood Field Markets Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
