Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Lumen Umber Legal Group provides legal services in Las Vegas across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
