Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cross Hospitality Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
