Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Rook Housing Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
