Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Granite Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
