Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around Chicago with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
