Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Sable Staffing is a Cincinnati staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
