Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
