Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Spokane, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
