Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Nest Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Nashville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
