Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Greenridge Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Hartford region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
