Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Toledo with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 484 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
