Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Northwind Meridian Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 797 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
