Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Kansas City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
