Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Silverline Cedar Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
