Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meridian Health Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
