Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Keystone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
