Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Basin Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Portland with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
