Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Union Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Wichita, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
