Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Highbridge Nest Financial Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
