Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark West Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
