Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Junction Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Sacramento, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
