Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Atlanta with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
