Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Insurance Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 959 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
