Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak North Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
