Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Families are partners. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
