Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
