Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oakland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
