Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Pike Staffing Group is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
