Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak West Legal Group provides legal services in Detroit across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 438 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
