Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Umber Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
