Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Silverline Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
