Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
