Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Maple Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Rochester, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
