Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Northwind West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
