Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Timber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
