Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Oak Facilities Group looks after properties across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
