Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services supports families and individuals in Tampa with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
