Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Orchard Freight is a Portland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We reward reliability. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
