Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Staffing Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
